Taster session

Details

This session is for you to see if I am the right trainer for you. It takes time to develop a deeper understanding with each other but this session allows us the time to listen to your needs and desires, so we can develop an individual plan to achieve success. After the first meeting, I hope to assure you we can continue this exciting journey together.

Single

1 session per week

Details
  • Once a week.
  • Tailored exercise split/structure developed specifically for your individual needs.
  • In this session, we will look to get in as much work as possible to get the most out of our time together. The focus could be primarily on compound movements, which are exercises that move multiple joints at once, so we get the entire body worked. Although this can vary dependent on goals, overall exercise programming, fitness levels, and exercise experience.

2 sessions per week

Details
  • Twice a week.
  • Tailored exercise split/structure.
  • In these sessions, we will look to get in as much work as possible to get the most out of our time together, but with more time together, we can zone into details even further; techniques and post workout activity.
