Step 1: Informal Conversation

One of our Smart PTs will have a friendly chat with you about what you are looking to achieve. We suggest how we could achieve this. We can speak on the phone, communicate via email, or text. Whichever you prefer!

Step 2: Consultation

One of our Smart PTs has a meeting with you in person or via live video to build a rapport and carry out a physical health assessment looking to then know how to best formulate your bespoke routine going forward.

Step 3: Purchase Your Ajile Package

You can choose from several packages, depending on your needs. Visit our Packages page to learn more.

Step 4: Begin Your Ajile Journey

You’ll have a devoted and designated Ajile professional as your dedicated personal trainer and wing person throughout your health and fitness journey.
