Our mobile personal training service covers the south east, bringing prowess and experience to you, whether it be your home, your workplace, or a suitable indoor or outdoor location convenient for you. Your body is often enough to work with, however, we have lots of specialist equipment we can utilise dependent on goals and fitness levels. There is also the option of training in our private studio in Kent, for bespoke focused one to one training. We emphasise longevity in our programmes as there is never a real short-term fix. Your progress will be monitored throughout your journey, from your sleep quality to your strength gains. Measurements can be taken (weight, waist, hip etc) if you would like, however I believe you will feel and see the progress, which carries far more weight than numbers on a tape measure or figures on a scale (unless of course you are to make a weight for a sporting event).
